1. What Nouhata is

Nouhata is a marketplace where independent sellers - individuals and businesses - list items for sale at a fixed price, by auction, or both. Nouhata is not the seller of items listed by sellers.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Buying

Buying at a fixed price, or placing the winning bid when an auction ends, is a commitment to buy. You pay Nouhata, by one of the methods offered for your country, within 3 days. Nouhata holds your payment and releases it to the seller after you confirm you received the item. If the item does not arrive or is not as described, contact Nouhata before you confirm receipt.

4. Selling

To sell you pay a one-time registration fee of USD 25.00. Nouhata keeps a commission of 5% of the sale price on every sale, and pays you the rest to your payout account after the buyer confirms receipt. Fees may change; changes apply to sales made after they are announced on the fees page.

You must own what you sell, describe it honestly, ship it promptly once Nouhata confirms the buyer's payment, and not ask buyers to pay you outside Nouhata. Listings of illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods are removed and the account closed.

5. Auctions

A bid cannot be withdrawn. An auction with a reserve price sells only if the highest bid reaches the reserve. Sellers may not bid on their own auctions.

6. Liability

Nouhata provides the marketplace as it is. To the extent the law allows, Nouhata is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items, or for losses arising from dealings between buyers and sellers beyond the amount Nouhata holds for the order in question.
