What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, country and password (stored only as a salted hash). For sellers: legal or business name, registration number, address and payout account details. For orders: the delivery address, payment references and order history. For security: the IP address of logins and actions, and login attempts.

Why

To run your account, process orders and payments, pay sellers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.

Who sees it

After Nouhata confirms a payment, the buyer sees the seller's shop name, phone and email, and the seller sees the buyer's name, phone, email and delivery address - only for that order. Nouhata staff see account and order data to operate the site.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It holds a random token, nothing else.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for financial records. You can ask us to close your account and remove the personal data we are not required to keep.
