Buying on Nouhata is free. Sellers pay two things.
Seller registration

Paid once, when you open your shop. Your shop goes live as soon as it is paid.
Commission
5%
Of the sale price, on every sale - a purchase at your fixed price or an auction that ends with a winning bid. Buyers pay Nouhata; Nouhata keeps the commission and pays the rest to your payout account once the buyer has received the item. An item that does not sell costs nothing.
Example: an item that sells for USD 100.00 costs USD 5.00 in commission, and the seller keeps USD 95.00.
